Rental Rates

1/2 Day PM (3pm-11pm): $550
Daily (9am-11pm): $800
Weekend (noon Friday to noon Sunday): $2,400

Weddings require an entire weekend rental.
Weekend rates apply to all rentals in the months of April, May, June, September and October.

50% of the rental fee must be paid 30 days prior to the event. Full payment is due prior to occupation. All fees will be forfeited for rentals cancelled less than 15 days prior to the event. However, the renter will have one year from original contract date to book the venue again, receiving full credit for previously forfeited fees. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at signing of rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded after the event, provided that the renter has cleaned, removed personal items, disposed of trash and the property is in the same condition as it was prior to the event. If the event is cancelled by the renter, the $100 deposit will be forfeited.  For an additional fee, The Family Farm will remove your collected trash at the end of the event for a fee of $100.

Limited number of tables and chairs included with rental
Hayrides: $40 per ride (25-30 people)
Bonfire Pit: $75 with wood provided
Fishing: Negotiated, minimum $75

Other amenities available upon request, including portable fans, tobacco sled stage, hay-bales, refrigerators and freezer.

Frequently Asked Questions

May I decorate the rental area?
Yes. No flammable items are allowed inside any structures or under shelters or within 10 feet of the structures. This includes smoking. Renter is responsible for all damages

When may I begin setup?
Both setup and breakdown time will be included in your rental agreement. This time includes vendor setup.

Who is responsible for cleanup?
The renter is responsible for leaving the farm in the condition as it was prior to the event. This includes any garbage and decorations. A refundable deposit is included in the rental agreement related to cleanup.

May I serve alcohol?
Yes, but the renter is responsible for obtaining liability coverage and the necessary permits prior to the event.  The renter may also use a licensed bartender/caterer who carries this coverage and permits. The renter is responsible for the behavior and damages by any guest. Illegal drugs are not permitted.

May I use outside vendors?
Yes, but the vendor should be approved in advance. All vendors should be licensed, inspected and post a Grade A sanitary rating. Rental time includes vendor setup. Other related questions should be addressed prior to rental.

May I take family photographs at the farm?
Yes, provided you are renting for an event. Otherwise, we charge a fee of $50/hour to the photographer.
